Atria was born on December 24, 1990. She obtained a Law Degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma of Mexico in 2016. She also holds a Diploma in Business Law from the same university.

She professionally works in tax, administrative, civil and commercial litigation. Likewise, she collaborates in proceedings before the Tax Administration Service, the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services, the National Banking and Securities Commission and the Board of Conciliation and Arbitration.
